How do I join PTA?
You can join PTA by clicking here to pay your annual dues. You will then be emailed confirmation of membership. You can also enroll in PTA at Back to School Night or by requesting the PTA membership forms by emailing the VP of Operations. You can drop the form in the PTA box in the office or send it back to your child’s teacher.
I joined PTA, now what?
That's amazing! We are so happy to have you! View our upcoming events, and check out our current volunteer opportunities. Attending meetings is also a great way to meet other families and find out more about getting involved with committees. We can't wait to see you!

How do I pay class activity fees?
You can pay your class activity fee online! The fee is $10 per student and can be paid for here. Please be sure to include your student's name, grade, and teacher at checkout. You may also drop a check in the PTA box in the office or send it back to your child’s teacher. Please include your child’s name and teacher’s name in the notes line.
Can I write one check for everything?
We are preferring that this year families register for their membership through the joinpta.org website, but you can complete the PTA membership form if you are unable to do that. Indicate on the form that you are paying for PTA membership AND homeroom fees. Return the form to your child’s teacher or put it in the PTA box in the office.
What is Spirit Wear and how do I buy it?
Spirit Wear is not required, but we do have spirit day on Wednesdays each week so you and your children can display your Bobcat pride. This is also a fundraiser for the PTA and greatly helps us in our endeavor to support our families and staff. Spirit Wear is available for order at Back to School Night, and subsequent orders are collected a couple of times per year--watch our Facebook page and emails for updates!
How do I volunteer?
Please fill out the volunteer interest form to let us know what interests you! Volunteer opportunities are posted on the current volunteer opportunities page as they become available. We will also send out various opportunities throughout the year to volunteer and will communicate sign-ups through PTA email, Ms. Floyd's email updates, the PTA Facebook page and the PTA website.
How do I know what’s going on?
Please read your PTA emails and Ms. Floyd's email updates for upcoming events. You can also check the Fern Bluff PTA website and PTA Facebook page for information.
