Our Connections Committee pairs new Fern Bluff families with host families to help build community and make school events more inclusive from day one. Host families help new families settle into the area, understand school practices and what to expect at events, and have a familiar face to look for once they arrive. When possible, we also pair families who share a language, so oral and written communication feels a little easier along the way.
